The SEO and social marketing manager will provide significant input into corporate strategy and reshaping the Nextdayflyers.com authority with a keen focus on building exceptional, premium quality on-site and offsite content with effective dissemination.
Position Objective
The objectives of the SEO manager role is to drive organic traffic to Nextdayflyers.com and to build an in house SEO team capable of executing the following:
1.Content strategy and development
2.Link strategy and execution
3.On site optimization including on page optimization and URL structure
4.Keyword research analysis and traffic forecasting
5.Social
6.SEO and social media strategy
7.Data reporting, analysis and communication to executive management
8.Development of process and procedures to build and grow an in house team of copywriters, in house seo’s and social media experts.
9.Development of role statements and input in recruiting

•Quality, quantity and effectiveness of content
Requirements
•Minimum of 3 years SEO and social media experience
•Agency or ecommerce experience preferred
•B2B experience preferred
•Strong oral and written communication skills
•Financial analysis
•Strong expertise in working with Microsoft Excel
•Strong self-awareness and able to work well in a team environment
•Web programming skills a plus
•Track record of success working in an environment building and maintaining a high volume of non-brand organic traffic
